5. Replace coffee with tea

provide a protective effect, so people who consumed tea had a lower risk of
heart attack than coffee.
6. Eating salmon on Saturday and tuna on Tuesday

7. Eating cornflakes at breakfast

9. Eating watermelon
Watermelon contains compounds lycophene 40 percent higher
than raw red tomatoes. Besides the high water content of watermelon could make
it more easily absorbed by the body and prevent heart disease.
10. Ask your doctor whether it is necessary consumption of
vitamin E and aspirin
The study, conducted by researchers at the University of
Pennsylvania revealed vitamin E and aspirin are known to reduce plaque that can
clog arteries by 80 percent.
